Sustainable Marine Research Collaboration Agreement
An important cornerstone of the Sustainable Marine Research Collaboration Agreement (SMRCA) between the University of Tasmania and the Tasmanian State Government is the commitment to maintaining the strong working relationships between IMAS and Industry established by TAFI over the past twelve years through the TAFI Joint Venture Agreement.
Our strategic approach to SMRCA attempts to balance the economic, social and environmental factors that contribute to ensuring a sustainable and productive future; engaging with Industry and other partners for the long term prosperity of both Tasmania and broader Australian community.
